Christine Livingston is a licensed physical therapist and functional medicine practitioner with a passion for helping people reclaim their health from the inside out. With a unique, whole-person approach that blends hands-on physical therapy with root cause wellness strategies, Livy empowers individuals to heal chronic pain, reduce inflammation, and restore balance in their bodies.

Christine Livingston “Livy”, owner of Livingston Physical Therapy, has been practicing physical therapy since 1997. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Miami University in 1995. She then received her Masters of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Washington University in 1997. Initially Livy was employed at JFK Medical Center in Edison where she rotated between outpatient, acute care, brain trauma and rehab settings. She was then employed at Hudson Physical Therapy where she practiced outpatient orthopedics for 7 years and managed 2 clinics in Clifton and Hoboken. Livy has been in private practice for 19 years.

Livy continued her career as a private practice owner in NJ for 19 years. In September of 2012 Livy opened Livingston Physical Therapy in Little Silver where she provides quality one-on-one physical therapy to a variety of patients. Livy has completed numerous continuing education classes. Livy's areas of expertise include orthopedic diagnoses as well as sports injuries for all ages. Livy excels in treating patients from a holistic, hands-on viewpoint. She is also an A.C.E. certified personal trainer and a certified Tai Chi instructor with the Arthritis Foundation. Livy is an avid runner and has completed 6 full marathons. Livy loves to volunteer and connect with like-minded professionals in the area. She loves to share her passions of health and fitness with all her clients. When Livy is not working, she loves to spend time with her husband and 3 children.

Livy has completed Level 1 and Level 2 certifications through the School of Applied Functional Medicine. Livy loves to surround herself with like-minded individuals and business colleagues who inspire her and share her love for thriving and healing the body through multiple modalities. It is Livy’s passion to spread her knowledge and help every client become the best versions of themselves.

Whether Livy is guiding clients through personalized mobility plans or uncovering the deeper drivers of fatigues, stress, or stubborn symptoms, Livy brings a compassionate and science-backed perspective to every conversation. Her mission is to help people feel strong, energized and in control of their health - without band-aid fixes.

Livy is also the founder of a growing monthly wellness community - Livy's Lifeline- a space designed to support lifestyle transformation through education, accountability, and connection. Through this group, along with workshops and local events, she empowers people to build strength, reduce toxic load, manage stress and become the best version of themselves - mind, body, and soul.
