Together we create a safe environment to explore any questions or problems that cause you to be stressed. You are met in a space of compassion and understanding and allowed to speak and be heard without judgment.
The session unfolds as is appropriate for you, and may include guided imagery, relaxation exercises, breathing techniques, and talk. This process is a means to unwind and let go of old patterns of stress, opening up to a clearer and deeper connection with ourselves and the divine (whatever that means for you)
The only requirement is a willingness to surrender and trust that you already have all the information you need to be free from whatever keeps you from living a life of ease and joy!
